NWR- HELP- MYSTIC TAN!

So I have been tanning lately for FH cousins wedding this Sat and I received a free Mystic Tan- I figured what the heck- I dont want to be pale walking down the aisle. They gave me the CLEAR one which is supposed to be the most natural and I woke up this morning and my hands and feet look orange!!! The bottoms of my feet are the worst! HELP- how can I lessen the effects by SATURDAY?????? I am so stupid, I should have left well enough along. TIA!!

Didn't they tell you to put the barrier lotion on? I've had a few mysitcs and that never happened OMG so sorry that happened to you. The tanning spray really sticks in the dryer skin in those areas.

There are a few things you can try to remove it:

Exfoliate with a body scrub and wash cloth

Baking soda on a damp wash cloth

Rubbing alcohol or fresh lemon juice and rub with a loofah

Baby Oil

Irish Spring soap

Self -tanner remover from drugstore

thanks. The sad thing is I DID use the blending lotion so I don't understand how it happened! I also read something about using Hydrogen peroxide. Hopefully it lightens up by Sat. the bottoms of my feet look hysterical though!! i showed my boss gosh could you imagine I used the bronzing spray instead of the clear??!!

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. You should be okay b/c you'll have had at least 2 showers b/w now and the day of the wedding. It only lasts for a few days as it is. Just use loofah in the shower with exfoliant and it should fade just fine.

I did the spray tan on the Thursday night before my friend's Saturday wedding and I got a little crazy with the barrier cream so I looked like a leper but I didn't realize that until Friday evening-ish. Don't ask why...I must have been high from the fumes or something. But it totally evened out by saturday and I was fine. So don't worry!
