NWR: Help with 60th Birthday party for Dad

So, with my upcoming wedding next year, my mother put on hold a 60th Birthday party for my dad. I am very sad about this and was thinking of doing something for him. Can anyone recommend restaurants in Nassau County that is not too pricy that can do a large group dinner or a private room. I'm looking to spend about 30 bucks or even lower per person.

My Dad is the best guy ever and I want to celebrate this great birthday with him.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

I highly recommend Cafe Testarosa on Jericho Trpk. Food is great and they have a private room that holds up to 40 people. And they have a nice menu thats $30pp

Papa Razzi has a nice menu too.

Umberto's in New Hyde park has really good food.

i think it's so nice what you're doing for your dad! i'm sure he's going to appreciate it!

What about the K of C memorare club in Seaford? You bring in your own food there. Also, there's a Vet's Hall or something like that along the tracks in Massapequa that advertises it is for rent.

Those are great ideas!! I just feel so bad and he's SUCH a great guy who works so hard for his family. I want to do something nice FOR HIM. He's always putting others in front of himself.

Thanks so much!!

I have to ditto Umberto’s, though I have no clue how much it would be for a party. They have a very nice private room upstairs and their food is sooo tasty!

My brother got married @ the memorare club! I am trying to think of reception hall in Oceanside. I don't think it was a K Of C but it was similar.
