NWR: Help with MS Word!!

Can anyone tell me how to open a document in MS Word that is a 'merge' document? I have been banging my head against the wall for the last few hours.... TIA

Do you mean mail merge?

Its either the
#1 document with the fields, something like <> for where it automatically fills in the city from the database (.mdb file)

or

#2 the document has already been merged and in this case its no different than any other but would have multiple copies one for each entry in the database.

Don't know if this helps

Only think I could associated with merge document.
