NWR: HELP....anyone's computer catch the a virus???
Both FH and I have a virus on our computers and we don't know how to get it off. Its this new XP Antivirus 2008 that is attacking a lot of people.
Has anyone caught it or know how to get rid of it without destroying out computers???

I dont know but I have a virus too on bothmy computers at home. I wonder what it is from?

I definitely thing I got this on my laptop. I have no idea how to get rid of it though

I definitely thing I got this on my laptop. I have no idea how to get rid of it though
go to google and type in 'removing xp antivirus 2008'
look for the posting by the CNET forum and go to that site....then read through a few blogs and u will notice a posting for Malewarebytes....click on the link and following the instructions they give. it worked for me. FM if u need help.
