What is everyone doing for DH/FH for the holidays? I'm at a total loss. Usually I'm pretty good with ideas but I'm drawing a blank.
My DH wants an Ipad Mini 2. But we shall see. He's a gamer. He informed me that the PS3 and a new xbox came out. So we shall see. I told him I want wireless headphones.
I think DH and I are just gonna do a joint gift. We wanna splurge on a really nice digi camera lol
Usually instead of gifts we go on a vacation. I usually feel like if there's anything I want I can go out and buy it myself. We love to travel so it works out really well for us.
Crashing: I feel like I did good with gifts for FH this year. I bought him a fleece jacket, shoes for work, a belt, a controller that he's been eyeing for his video games, a Breaking Bad apron from Etsy (it is his favorite show of all time), a wallet and a personalized wallet insert from Etsy. I got most of the gifts during awesome sales, so I might be able to get him a GameStop gift card as well.
I'm pretty sure that I'm going to pay for DH to get two hours of work done of his half sleeve. His birthday is like 10 days after Christmas, so I'm going to get him a new football jersey and a few little odds and ends for that.
We decided not to do Xmas, bday, valentine or any gifts this year. We are paying for our wedding ourselves so we are trying to save money! We'll still go to dinner or do something fun for a special occasion but gifts will have to wait til after 8/2!
My husbands birthday is the 29th of this month so i'm focusing on that first. I got him a new dream theater (his favorite bandd) live cd/blu ray combo. Islanders sneakers, some new clothes, and the big surprise is I got him the mini kegerator that he had on our registry but no one bought us.
