So I started this yesterday since I'm leaving for Disney on Monday and I was bad and didn't diet AT ALL. I lost 3.5 pounds so far in 1 day. I'm pretty stoked. If i gain it back, then at least I'll be back to what I am now instead of gaining an additional 5 pounds.
has anyone ever done this diet before? i am a lil cranky and DEFINETELY hungry but im gonna wait until tomorrow morning to eat just because I see that I lost this much, if I could lose another 3.5 pounds that would be amazing. xo

I haven't done the hollywood diet but I have been on atkins for about a month. I am very irritatble! My fiance hates it....

I had tried it in the past. I lost around 7 pounds in two days, but it is all water weight.

basically its a liquid diet! you ONLY drink this one drink and it doesnt taste that great. i thought i'd be on the bowl every minute but i havent which is odd. where the hell is the weight going?? it is water weight so i'll probably gain it all back within a week but its ok. i just wanted it for disney.
atkins does make you very irritable. i've been on that and every other diet. the only one thats ever worked is nutrisystem. it seriously is worth it. and you're never hungry which is great and you lose about .5 pounds a day which is faster than weight watchers or any of that. once you stop doing the diet it takes a bit to go back on too so i think its great. xo

I tried doing it once but I couldn't make it more then half a day. I have done atkiens & south beach which I love.

believe me i've got a few hours left an im about to cheat. the hunger is so bad!! and it doesnt help i was just looking at menus for restaurants we're about to go to when im in florida. AHHHHH HELP!!!

i tried it years ago...didnt have great results....good for you though!! I have been on ATkins since sunday and have lost 10 lbs......Im not irritable the first few days are the hardest! Have fun at Disney

ok so i gave up at 9pm. i couldnt take it any longer. my stomach was in knots, my back ached. i was about to cry. now im completely stuffed and wanna roll my way to my room and in my bed haha
