try taking hair/nail vitamins , also the less you blow dry/ iron your hair the less damage you will do

Just keep getting trims, even more than every 3 months. I'd go every 8 weeks for liiiiiiitttle tiny trims. You can do it!!!! GL!

Water water water.....
I don't know how expensive they are and I am sure you will need a prescription, but the pre natal vitamins make your hair grow like crazy. I just ordered these vitamins from FH company that promotes healthy hair, skin, and nails...I will let you know how it works....and it wasn't too expensive

Re: NWR: home remedy??
Apparently, everyone is telling me that after chemo, I'll have really cool hair when it grows back in However, I totally DO NOT recommend going that route!
I used to take a vitamin for healthy hair and nails when I was trying to let my nails grow. It didn't do wonders for my nails, but I went from having dry hair to normal shiny hair. For the life of me though, I can't remember what brand it was. I'm sure I probably picked it up at a GNC or any vitamin store.
