Any one have experience with writting one of these?

My mom needs to have one written to go back inot the workforce and I am not sure what to say.

She was a stay at home mom for the past 10 years.. I dont know how to wod that on the resume

You don't word it on the resume, it would go in her cover letter. I'm trying to remember what we put in my mom's. I want to say it was something to the effect of caring for ill family members.
