So FH and I have been actively looking for a house the last few months, a few Weeks ago we found a house we liked and made an offer which the sellers seemed to be interested in so we took our parents to see the house, well upon my second visit I wasn't all the crazy about the house and started having second thoughts so we backed out (FH was a little upset cause he loved the house) So this weekend we find another house and same thing happens only this time its FH that gets cold feet... Has this happened to anyone else?? I just feel like we will never find something we both like but Is not a purchase I want to rush into either.. I guess I just needed to vent.

Of course!! PLUS this is probably THE BIGGEST purchase you'll ever make so you want it to be as close to perfect as possible!! FH & I did the same exact thing.
Trust me-there will be a house that you see and you BOTH just know it's the 'ONE' That's what happened w/us!

We just closed on our house in December, but before this house we were almost in contract on another house, and backed out. I totally understand!

I had the same problem when we were apartment hunting. We actually put down our security deposit and 1st month rent at an apartment I completely loved, but FH didn't. His friend came for a walk through and pointed out a bunch of things that he didn't like (he's a home inspector), so FH didn't want it. We lost our deposit too
