NWR: houses??

Does anyone know of any new home developments that are being built in Long Island. Me and my fh are starting to look for house and want to look into a development.

There's a few in Rocky Point, one in Port Jeff Sta. off of Norwood Ave.

ETA: Any realtor would know.

as far as whole developments - i think you would have to look out in eastern suffolk. You can find a block of new construction here or there, but as far as compelte developments go, i think its a majority out east.
