Does anyone know if it expires Oct 31st or Dec 1st. Some websites say Nov 1st, some say Dec 1st...Confused!

you have to close by Dec 1st....they might be extending it though, thats the rumor at least.

There is a bill pending for it to be extended but it hasn't been voted on yet.
