So how long does it take everyone else? It takes me about 1 hr/10min. & I cant stand it anymore!!! My boss was supposed to be moving to a place that would have been 20 min away from my house and we just all got a letter on our desks saying we're moving down the block! Im so pissed. This drive is killing me!

i used to commute over an hour each way to work... but then I had a baby and quit because I just couldn't handle it!
My job now is only 10 minutes from where I live - BUT it takes forever to get there in the mornings because first I have to get my 5 year old on the bus, then I have to drive my 3 year old to his preschool - THEN I get to work.

My commute can be up to 12 hours when I am traveling and about 5 seconds when I am working from home.

on a good day it take me 1hour. thanks to the good old BQE. if i have to come here on a weekend im here in 20 min. ironic huh?

Up until a few months ago when I moved in with FH I lived across the street from my job in hospital housing. Now though my commute is about 25- 30 minutes, still not so bad

half hour...and I almost never hit traffic. Sometimes I do about 2 exits away but it's not so bad....and it's a beautiful drive on 287 in Jersey.
I hope we'll move closer in April when the lease is up- if we move to Fair Lawn, I'll only be 10 minutes away!

Used to be literally 5 mins, but moving in with FH made it 15-20 mins, tops, depending on conditions...not bad at all! I know when we start looking to move to LI, its going to be more for both...

used to be 3-5 minutes now they move my office and now it takes me 5-7 minutes. The nerve of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
JK truly GOD bless all you girls who commute I could never do it. I drive all day and I love to drive but traffic and crappy drivers make me want to ram my car into them. So I applaud all you girls who don't run people over every day you commute!
