NWR-H&R Block is killing me! (long)

I am so annoyed. I used H&R Block online a couple days ago. I had to enter a school code for my state taxes and their link would not work so I didn't know what to put. I tried their help link but that didn't help, just showed me different tax forms, and it wouldn't let me move on in the taxes without filling in a code so I chose a random number. Then my e-files were rejected-said they couldn't file federal because there was a mistake in state. So I did federal by itself which went okay. But it said my error on the state taxes was something like 'there's an error, you need to print and mail your form'. Oh, that's helpful! I went to the school code thing and tried again but the page still wasn't working. I finally googled for it and found it, but isn't that what I am paying HR Block for? I resent the e-file and it was rejected two more times. Same lack of a reason. So I was like fine, I'll print it and have to deal with the post office on tax day. But no, tried to print and it crashed my PC. Then I tried my Mac, but the pages won't load and it keeps telling me it logged me off because I was idle for 20 minutes! Then I tried my friend's newer Mac and the same thing happened ![]()
I can't take it! ![]()
I just wanted to vent. Sorry.
