I used the slow cooker that I got for my shower for the 1st time yesterday and I loved it! I made ropa vieja and it came out sooooo good! Im very excited to start making all kids of things in the slow cooker! Do you ladies use these? Any good recipes?

I friggen love my slow cooker! I make a good chili and FH looooooves when I make ribs in there!
I'll pull up a few recipes from my book when i go home. But for the ribs all I basically do is get BBQ sauce and an onion. Put it all in the pot and let is cook away. If your really fealin like a gourmet...put them in the oven for a few mins before eating. But I don't typically do that. We're savages lol
