NWR: I am on top of the world!!!!!!!!!!! Long sorry!!
Well 2-3 months back my brothers friend (both are 21 yrs old) needed a place to stay. I was/am selling my house, and not living here so I figured what would be the harm to let him stay here for $40 a week? Then he could save up his money and find a place - he knew it was a temporary situation. The ONLY things I asked was, to keep the house clean and let ppl in to show the house, to be respectful and not to have ANY friends over.
Since then, I have not collect a penny (both my brother and his friend work for my company in construction - and the trades were pretty slow the last 2 months).
Well, after the last ice storm i noticed the front scree door was torn off the house. I asked what happened and brother and his friend told me they got it caught on ice and the hinges broke. I found out later they BOTH LIED to me and friends girlfriend broke the door. I said it had to be replaced since we accepted an offer on the house and the engineer was coming wednesday (today). Yesterday at 3:30 i came by to see brother, his friend and friends g'friend about ready to leave - no door on the house!! They were going to play frisbee they said - I yelled and demanded the screen door be put on immedately - which brother said would only take 15 min since he's 'not stupid'. Well it took them 5 hours!!!
Also Yesterday I yelled because the house was a sauna even though all the windows were open and I noticed the heat was turned up all the way to 90 degrees!!! I said besides all that they had to scrub the house last night and not just sit around smoking pot.
Well today I get here.... the screen door (much cheaper than the original) has a 1 inch gap on the top!! (whats the point? of having a screen if all the bugs can come in anyway?) the house was filthy!! AND the heat was turned all the way up to 90 again!!!! AND i found a closet full of beer cans!! I called up brother who was with friend - and told him these things ....and he says......
1. the heat wasnt on - so now i must be making **** up!!
and 2. he was tired of doing ME favors by cleaning my house!! I said u r cleaning up after yourself!!! He yelled more - in front of friend - now mind you, again - his friend is my employee!!
So i told them both to get their butts here - give me my keys back and get their sh*t and themselves outta my house!!!
They are now outta here - the engineer is going through my house with the potential buyer - and i feel FANTASTIC!!!!!
