working and on the phone making my leg go up and down out of nerves........
all i can feel is my calves jiggling and bouncing all around......
jees, maybe I should hit the gym

i rarely notice it as im doing it... usually its because i have my foot in a certain position... i usually realize a day later when my calf muscle hurts
