Re: NWR: I DUNO WHAT TO DO?
08'er crashing
This happened to me. We had dog (was 2 yrs old at the time) and brought home a puppy. Well lets just say he was NOT happy we brought another dog home. He wanted to eat him he was so mad. He barked at him, tried stepping on him, etc. We had one person hold the puppy and one person hold the other dog (both on a leashes) and let him smell the puppy. Then we put the puppy down to walk around and had the older dog come over and smell. The first day was the only bad day. Now you cannot separate them. One doesn't go anywhere without the other.
Gradiually introduce them. Your dog feels like she's the owner of the house and now you brought soemthing new in.
Good luck and give it time.

If you do not want the cat maybe you could give to the North Shore Animal League. They will be able to find the cat a home.

Heres what fh taught me: lol
have the kitten sleep on a blanket. The next day use the blanket and have your doggie sniff it. Pretend your holding it and leave it in a ball on the floor. Then see what the dog does. Do this for a week and see how he reacts to the blanket first. Then, try to introduce them...
Hope that helps

This sounds like a great idea. I would also wait a little while before reintroducing them. The cat sounds too tiny.

Re: NWR: I DUNO WHAT TO DO?
our boston terrier was not happy when he brought home our yorkie. the boston was 2 at the time. but he got use to him on the second or third day and now they're inseperable.
i'm sure they'll learn to get along. give it some time. good luck.
