NWR: I guess work kinda rocks

Sorry, just had to share this...

As much as I often find my job tedious beyond belief, at least I get to take my dog in when I want. She sleeps under my desk and occasionally gets up to chase around a tennis ball. It's my version of a smoking break.

Right now she is snoozing....see below...

omg jealous!!!!

although my dog would be a menace.

I actually asked the owner's daughter if I could bring my dog in if I got a puppy, she said yes lol.

OMG she's soo cute! I love dachshunds.

What do you do? I wish i could take my dogs to work!

I've snuck them in during weekends

OMGGGGGGG that's so awesome. I'm totally jealous. I snuck in my dog once at my other job and i couldnt get anything done cuz she kept on running around wanting to play

I work for a non-profit, we advocate in court for children who are in foster care to get services they need that the state are not getting, and basically checking the kids don't get forgotten about.

Here she is having a roll around on the floor with a toy. She does distract me a bit though, and sometimes I just lie on the floor snuggling her in her bed. I might get fired if I fall asleep that way though!

wow you're so lucky!!!
I was just watching an episode of the dog whisperer where he had to go in and train some dogs who were in a company office and I thought wow, I can't believe there are managers out there who actually let people bring their dogs to work. I would love that! I hate leaving my baby at home

My Pom would just fall asleep on my desk when he was a puppy but my cockapoo was a psycho mess getting into everything! I only brought him in that one time
