NWR: I need a new job...

I just graduated this weekend from college (happy about that) but now I'm having such a hard time finding a new job actually in my field (International Business). And on top of this, my current job is being very hesitant about putting me full-time b/c I think we are over-staffed now. They know I've been looking for a job and that this was just temporary.

But now with the wedding, I want to be making a decent salary and just think that it'll take me forever to find a real job...

Anyone know where I can find something in this area?? Or at least some support here??

monster.com and similar websites are a good start. It look me 2 or 3 months before I landed my first serious job after college. Good luck.

The best things you can do is keep checking monster and careerbuilder.com. Also newsday and usually colleges will have job postings. My FH got one job through the college career center postings and the next from careerbuilder. it took him almost 6 months to find his first 'real' job, but thats because he was really holding out for something in his field. you may want to consider a job in a related field to get some experience or get your foot in the door(unless you have experience already) Good Luck and dont give up!
