FH used a WONDERFUL personal injury lawyer.... Marvin Berkley 516 873 1523, he is at 60 charles lindbergh blvd in uniondale, sorry i dont know the suite #. he got FH a very nice settlement from his accident and he is very nice! fm if you need more info!

Blu...if you got a letter in the mail and went through your insurance...let them handle it. I got a 'summons' I called my insurance co. and they put it to rest. I BARELY rear ended a jack@$$ and came after me...I seriously tapped him! He did so nicely mention 'his fiance' when he was cursing. I thought, oh, this guy wants me to pay for his wedding!

I'm answering the FM's in a few.

I am OK...it's my husband's little brother. He was driving to work and was in traffic when a cab rammed into the back of his car and completely smashed it. The car is totaled and all four passengers (they were carpooling) had to be taken to the ER. But I think they're mostly banged up, hopefully it's nothing serious.
