NWR: I need help with my IPOD NANO

I think it's broken!

It keeps shutting itself off and turning itself back on when I'm not even touching it!

I tried resetting it. . .didn't work

I tried charging it overnight. . . didn't work

anyone have any suggestions?

When it turns itself off btw the apple screen comes up... and then like a minute later the menu comes back up and then a minute after that the apple screen. So on and so forth...

take it to the apple store, have one of the techs look at it!

call the apple store or go there. There is one in Walt Whitman Mall also.

yea it's fully charged. I let it charge overnight.

also, how old is it? if you have the original receipt, I think there is a 1 yr warranty?
