I have a presentation to do for 8/8....but i'm working a ton so i want to get it done NOW! I have a great amount done already, and just as i'm finishing up with one more topic to get done......my kitty crawls up on my lap! How am i supposed to read and type this up with her being all cute and in my way.
Right now her little paw is on my left thumb as I type......

Awwwww that is so adorable! I have 2 boys, Lucky and Tommy and just about every time i'm on the computer they will meow for my attn or jump up on the desk and get in the way if the screen. Then they'll lay down right on top of whatever im doing or right on the mouse and I cant move it. They are too much but I love it.. its too cute.

I have a girl and a boy. My girl is Shadow (and totally follows me everywhere) and the boy is Beansie.
Beansie is now sitting on my FH's recliner....he's so cute
I had to push Shadow off so i could type, not she is on the top of the sofa to the right of my head lol.
i love them so much!

Ive seen the pix of your babies.. they are adorable. How old are they? My boys are 4. Just looking at them makes me smile and instantly feel better if im having a crappy day. They are always doing the cutest things. They are my kids! I have to post pix of them. They look like twins lol

I need to update those since they got so big. Beansie is a little chunky monkey! I think they are around 4 or 5 now. They were rescues and my valentines day present 2 years ago.

Aww that is so sweet. Mines are chubby babies also lol A lady in my neighborhood cat had babies and my boys were the last 2 that needed homes so I took them both. Had them since 2 months old.

Awwwwwww, i love it! I'm an INSANE animal (and specifially) cat nut. I eventually wanna run a small rescue, but i need to get affiliated with a vet. I would totally bring them home off the street....but i'm SO SO SO worried that the new one would have FIV or luekemia, and i couldnt live with myself if i got my other two babies infected

So am I. Im such an animal lover, esp cats also. When im outside and see stray cats it breaks my heart. Im always trying to call them over. I would take them home also if I could but like u I dont want to get my own babies sick. I always said if I was rich i'd open up some kind of rescue for stray ir unwanted animals. If you evet get yours opened up count me in as a voulnteer

My FH thinks i'm insane cause i get teary eyed when i see strays...its bad but i try to turn away because if they come up to me i just dont know what i would do!!!!!
I need to graduate from residency, but after that i'll keep you updated! Lords know i will need volunteers!!!

Im the same way. I get so emotional.. I cant even watch those commercials on tv (im sure u know which ones im tlkn about) or watch certain shows like animal cops cuz ill cry if I see 1 of them is hurt, sick or abused

Its about 90% done. Every Monday a second year resident does a 'Morning Report' and the topic needs to follow the guidlines for each month. This month is immunology and rheumatology. SOOOO, I picked to talk about Anaphylaxis and everythign about it, with a slight emphysis on treatment.
I have no idea how long it's supposed to be, or if i need to put in new research on the topic. So i the only thing i didnt do yet is some research i need to look up. I'm off thursday so i'll prob do it then.
My brain is just done right now LOL

Thats the one thing about cats....my beansie would freak out and go under the bed and shadow would prob get pissed lol

My Tommy boy would have a mini heart attack and run under the bed also. Lucky is a lil more fiesty but hes also a scaredy cat.. I have lil nervous chicken butts for cats! lol

A friend of mine found 4 kittens on the side of 83 with a can of food- not even in a box! She brought them to my house and we ended up keeping one- my little sophie! She is the biggest mush ever. Her and my dog (Bailey) are best friends
