NWR: I think I broke...

my toe. I dropped a snack table on my toe last night. It blew up in seconds and is bruised badly. It hurts to walk on it. ouchy ouchy

I hope you feel better and as for the hospital they dont do anything for broken toes except tape it to the other toe next to it maybe try to do that yourself and alot of ice i break my pinky toes like once a month im a little clutzy

All the hospital is going to do is tell you its broken or not, they just tape them up. Try icing it and when you have to walk on it tape it up. I dropped a soda can on my foot once and I swear it broke my toe.

I second the comment above.... there's nothing that can be done to a broken toe other than taping it up, and finding really loose footwear until it heals......

Thanks everyone. I have been icing my toe since last night. As for the taping I am definately going to have to do that.

Ouch!!! You should get it checked out! If it's broken they probably wont do anything for it...But if you dropped something on it and it does not bleed you could get an infection in your toe. That happened to my brother and he had to take all sorts of antibiotics...Good Luck!

You broke your toe. Go to the ER so that they can stabilize it. There is really nothing they can do. You just don't want that toe healing crooked bc then it will give you problems.
