NWR - I think I have the flu!!

My throat is on fire, my nose is producing mucous and blood like it's no body's business. Like I've got my own little crime scene in there. I'm achy beyond anything I've ever felt. It hurts to swallow too. I have no appetite either. My temp has ranged from 99.1 to 100.1. Yesterday I had the chills soo bad and couldn't warm up but they seem to be gone now.

So is this the flu?
