NWR I Think I'm dying...

How did I move today???

I walked 15 miles on the beach!!! Started at Cupsogue, ended at the very end of Dune Rd. in Hampton Bays. OOWWWWWWW!!! And the whole way you walk on a slant because of the slop of the beach. And of course after 10 hrs on the beach I got a little sun burn. I'm taking a shower, passing out, and probably calling out of work tomorrow night!!!

YES YOU COULD!!!

Walk from the eastern most end of Robert Moses to the first Fire Island Town of Kismet for dinner one day! It's 1 mile and takes like 20-30 minutes... It's so nice!!! FH and I are doing that next weekend if the weather is nice! :)

PS - The first 5-7 miles I was totally fine and then... OMG so hard!!!
