nwr: I want to QUIT

i love my job

my boss is awesome-

but she @ times (more then less) says a lot of things and demands a whole lot.

then she says under her breath she has to think about what she's going to do...

UGH- i do want to quit but i love my job and i need my job..............................

Sometimes that is how I feel about my job that I want to quit when Im having a bad day, but I love it, and I love working for a small comp. I dont think I would want to work for a bigger firm bec then I prob wont get to be on LIW for the whole day and its 10x the work. Think it over, if you really want to quit, you should do it after your wedding.

um i'm not sure what you mean. says things under her breath like bad about you or like she is saying it to herself.

i loooove my boss but he upset me yesterday then today sent me an email explaining why he did what he did so i love him again. No job or boss is perfect. we're lucky if we like it at all

The only thing that is stopping me from looking elsewhere is

1- the wedding
2- my stock that is vested lol one more year
3- anywhere else i will be working until 8pm

i would get into detail about her but i dont want to talk negative bc she does pay me well but the emotional and verbal stress and abuse is NOT worth it to me.

and who knows if she can search me lol

but in all honestly if i wasn't getting married i'd be in Miami on the beach...with FH

ditto! I would love to go somewhere else but I'd have to work 7-7pm. I work 7-4:15pm.

that's my boss...and she wears Prada -CL- lol she's one of them!!!!!!!!!!!

but in all honesty-my perqs I CANT complain. She's one of a kind..but again she's 1 of a kind in the MEAN section as a boss. NO boss will ever talk like the way she does to any employee

I agree with that. But I work at a trading firm and people are screaming and saying the meanest things to one another all day and it's so sad that I just brush it off my shoulders now. I used to cry all the way home on the train.

I work for the a broker dealer firm too, when I first started I was scared $hit, but now I love it, everyone is nice and we all work together bec its a small firm but yeah there are bad days. We all scream numbers and stocks back and forth

I couldn't sleep for months when I started working! Now I enjoy it. I'm with a great group of guys now! We're all nuts! Same here just constantly screaming prices and news across the room. I don't even take lunch.

she's the president of the company so who do i report her to? lol HER?

i can wait it out for another yr.

i can't till FH finishes pharmacy so i can get prego and stay home
