Sorry to hear about your finger...if you apply pressure on it with ice it won't bubble as much

Slather it all over your finger, wrap it in gauze and sleep with it covered.

Thanks girls! I barely could fall asleep lastnight from the burn on my finger. I now have a one inch long lovely bubble. UGH! No boiling water for me for the month of the wedding! LOL

I was once cutting potatoes and not paying attention, and almost sliced the tip off my left pointer finger! It took months for the full feeling to return to my nerve endings in the finger and I have a huge scar there

Be careful remember don't pop it. Once time I was doing laundry and when trying to close the washer I pulled my thumb nail off it took 6 months for it to grow back and its still not the same

i was trying to get something to heat up... dont remember what. we had no tinfoil so i decided to put the top of the pyrex on top of it... the plastic pyrex top... red plastic melted all over our oven. heheh i cook alot... but sometimes i flake out!

OK so get ready to laugh!! When we had a gas stove I had acrylic nails... I was moving a pan one day and all of a sudden my finger was burning.... MY NAIL CAUGHT FIRE lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously nail stuff and flames don't mix.. It hurt but I was laughing so hard cause my nail literally melted.. It looked like a hot mess hahahahahaha

The 1st time FH did dishes in our new house, we ended up in the ER for stitches. The nurse said she thinks he shouldn't do dishes anymore. Thanks, jerk.

I was making boneless buffalo wings and the chicken fell off the fork and the hot oil splashed my wrist and pinky...I had second degree burns
I didn't think it was that bad until I went to work and the nurse looked at it, took me in the principals office and said, 'Nancy is immediately leaving to go to the doctor!' I was in gauze for over a month and now I have scars on my left wrist and under my e-ring!
I swear cooking is hazardous to our health

I was heating him up taco bell one night after we had been drinking at the house all day, and didnt realize that the paper lining on his chalupa had foil on it..... well 15 seconds into heating it up in the microwave it spontaiously combusted and flames were everywhere...
he was on the couch laughing his face off at me while i was flipping out. i tried to pour water, but he stopped me in the knick of time
after I rescued his beloved taco bell, i threw it on a plate and made him eat it!
