Aww, don't be sad. Look at it this way, you will have a place to visit in a nice warm climate and you won't have to pay for a hotel.

If it helps - I would move to FLA in a heartbeat. the FH is all about the island though.

Me too. FH and I are buying a home in florida altohugh we live here because we are in FL so much. We have travel arranged to go to Orlando this Saturday, but with the hurricane, I don't know.

I totally understand what you are going through!! My mom moved to Florida the DAY before I got engaged. Then, one of my BMs moved there, now another BM is moving there this weekend along with one of my aunts!

I understand completely! I moved to Chicago with my husband 2 days after my wedding. Its been a year and I haven't seen most of my family and many friends since the wedding. Long distance is hard!!
