So, I suffer from really bad lower back pain. The last time it was so bad and I had no idea what it was from was on my birthday. So at midnight on 9/29 I was in the ER room. Now the pain has come back and I can barely walk and right before the holidays. I just like so bummed and feel so old and :( As I am typing this, I feel the tears coming down. Thanks for listening everyone :(

Maybe call your doctor?? See if they can call a prescription in for you or something!!!

I hope you feel better! I have a bad back as well and when it acts up it is really painful so I completely understand how you feel

ohhh no! I'm sorry you're not feeling well, that's the worst! try a bath with epsom salt and some naproxen (alieve) to take the edge off.
