I had to assist a coworker in a removal last night............the baby girl is only a month old. It was soooo sad, but I had the motherly instinct. She was so adorable.

Although your job must feel rewarding because you are doing what's right for the kids (even though I'm sure sometimes it doesnt feel that way), you must feel so drained physically and emotionally from it. I dont envy you for your job but I sure do admire what you do. Such a tough job. I wish it didnt have to exist.
