NWR- I'm Over it now!
After everything that has happened over the last few weeks with my ex-job! I'm over it! They don't ask me anything anymore after I opened up my mouth! If I didn't they would of walked all over me!
As for my ex- boss, the one I had an awesome friendship with. You have to draw the line between business and friendship and never let them overlap! We are trying to repair the friendship. It's not like it was I don't know if it wil ever be. But we are taking it day by day to see what happens. And regardless of everything I do miss her and she admitted to missing me as well. And also admitted it was a hard descion to make..one that she didn't even want to do! We are going to lunch tomorrow to talk things out. I'm over everything..not dwelling on it..what's done is done and I'm moving on! But one thing is for certain our friendship is worth a shot if it meant anything at all! My friend who is still there ( the one that got demoted) took my advice and let it go..she even wants to reconcile her friendship with her. Because wha happened was all about business and never about personal! Sometimes when your a manager things like this happen and people's feelings get hurt and they take it personal and I think for us this is what happened! We are just doing fine! And it brought us allot closer after I was let go and she was demoted! We talk everyday!! Things are looking up and things are only going to get better from here!
