NWR: I'm so upset!!*update on bottom of page

I was getting dressed this morning and decided to wear my diamond earrings. I'm always extra careful with them b/c they are delicate and expensive, but I have been known to have butterfingers! Well of course again today...I'm unscrewing the backing and POOF! I dropped the earring on the floor. I looked all over for it, but couldn't find it! I was sick all day and came home to tear apart my room. I still can't find it!!! I don't know where it could have gone. I did find another earring I dropped last week, which was good, but the diamond one was a little more expensive! I'm afraid to tell FH b/c he bought them for me.

Pray I find the missing earring!!!

thanks ladies. I feel like i've looked everywhere 10 times and i still can't seem to find it. i'm taking a little break and going back to the search in a bit!

So I'm glad I took a break b/c I shook EVERYTHING out again and magically my earring appeared on the floor!!!!!!!!!!!

use a flash light and scope the floor on your hands and knees, good luck!!!

this sounds dumb but everyone in my family does this and it tends to work. say a prayer to st anthony. he helps people recover lost items. try it

im so glad you found them!!!

This has happened to me

I have diamond studs from my grandma. they arent screw backs and tend to be loose. well this one day i decided to wear them - this was shortly after my grandma passed. I was at a family members house and realized one was missing. I threw a fit and got so upset. I looked everywhere. Finally somone told me to look in my car and i found it laying on my seat. THANK GOODNESS - now i wont wear them - until i get screw backs put on them

So i totally feel your pain! Again - so happy you found it!

I'm glad you found your earrings too. My mom has told me so many stories of friends she has that have lost 1 stud of a pair and how sick to their stomachs they get. she kept saying it to me over and over and i'm like it's not helping me!!

but at least we have found them and i know i'll be a lot more careful with them!!!

Honey, I'm so glad you found your earring!! Debi was having a meltdown, because she couldn't find her DJ song list, which she needed to take to Long Island, early this AM. She just moved, so things are temporarily missing. FINALLY FOUND THE FOLDER!!! Mary MOB

we all do the same thing.. we always pray to st. anthony.
We once went skiing in the poconos... my friend lost his car keys in the back of the lodge we were staying in.. there was like 3 feet of snow and a lot of area to be covered since we were having a snowball fight we were everywhere... i prayed to st. anthony and we found them like 10 minutes later..!!! so i def. don't think it's dumb..

And BTW: WOO HOO..so glad you found your earring.. i know i'd be freakin out..so i'm so happy you found it!!!
