weird - i enter my # and answer the questions... and it takes me back to the customer # page, not to the pin screen!

i just called customer service and they know about the problem and are working on fixing it. She said to try in about an hour and it should be up and running.
Apparantly everyone and their brother is trying to get on today to get their tax form (I would one of those people LOL).
Hopefully it works in an hour.

Try logging on at night - I was able to get my tax forms last night without any issues or errors.

i dont have an online account with them but they were one of the few that i looked into... i ended up getting HSBC Direct because they have a better rate...

i was able to get past their opening page and according to them their tax forms wont be ready until 1/31/10
