NWR - ING Marathon

Is anyone attending, running or working there this Sunday?

I'll be working in the Medical tent - Mile # 13
Stop by if you'll be running and I'll come take care of those blisters or anything else you need!!

My Fi is supposed to be running it for the second year in a row... He's really sick, though, so we're not 100% sure he'll be up to it. If he runs, I'll definitely be there.

I'm running it next year with my FH -- who'll be my husband then!

I hope he feels better!! MY FSIL did it 3 years in a row, but this year isn't. I'd love to train for one, but I doubt I could even do a full 26 miles.
I've been working the medical tent for 5 years now..so much fun and I love being able to help out. If he does run it and needs some TLC around mile 13, tell him to pop on in. My FH is a ER Doc and he'll help him too

Aww, thanks! I'll keep you posted on whether he'll be running it or not. He will probably decide tonight. He has to affirmatively cancel his registration OR pick up his race packet and start the race or else he will be disqualified in 2007 -- and he's already prequalified for '07!

I think he's better off skipping it, but it's his decision. I just want him to feel better. We've both been sick for weeks now.
