FH and I were watching the infomercial this morning and it looks, for lack of a better term, insane! I soooo want to do it!!!
FH is like, 'That does not look fun.' Yes, coming from someone who can eat anything he wants, never exercise and then complain that you need to gain weight cuz your pants are falling off without a belt. Haaate.
Anyone ever try the Insanity Workout? Did you like it? Was it worth it?
Also, is it really tough on your knees? I have very weak knees so I have to be careful with anything tougher than running.

I haven't done it but some of my friends have. They said it is really a** kicking. Not sure about the knee thing though...

My FH is going it. He said if i am going to kickboxing he has to do something. He doesnt want to stand next to me at the wedding and be all big and bloated. I watch him and i swear i am loosing weight just watching him. Its really crazy. There is no way i would be able to keep up with that
