Not sure how I can word this to make any sense plus, I just typed this whole thing and because I wasn't logged in it deleted it. urgh. I'll try again.
On internet exlorer my tool bars are normal and when I maximize the page they take up the size of the screen (still normal). However, the page being displayed is smaller and centered. So, there is blank space to the left and the right. It does this on the minimized screen too. It's not fitting the page correctly. I've tried changing the font, zooming, etc. Nothing changes it. Anyone know what I can do to have my precious liweddings fit the window better?

I tried the screen thing. It makes the toolbar thing bigger and smaller but not the actual web page.
