NWR: Invisaligns HELP!

Hi,
I just got Invisaligns (invisible braces) and they hurt sooooooo much.

Does anyone have any advice they could share? I got them, but don't know any of any tips or 'rules'.

keep wearing them even if they hurt...usually the first month they hurt bad and then everytime you switch to a new set. its normal to have pain, but you get used to it, just like regular braces!
