Does anyone know how to find out the IP address of a site?

I thought the IP address was actually something assigned to each computer, not to particular websites?

But then...it took me a few days to become brave enough to tackle programming an ipod, so I could be totally wrong.

hold on, Ill ask the IT guy who sits in front of me but I also thought IP address was for a computer, not a site

okay, he told me but i just tried it and couldnt do it so im sorry but i feel like a stupido asking him again. Ps. he was like why, whats up and Im like oh a friend just asked me and she works for an attorney who thinks she knows everything...how could i tell the IT guy that I was on LIW
