So you can't even call 611 from your phone right now right? I hope it clears up soon. Maybe a cell tower is down? I'm in Brooklyn so maybe I get my signal from a different tower.

Last night (around 1 am) my verizon cell phone and my sisters were not working; they kept saying searching for service.
