GIRLS ARE WEARING SCARFS AROUND THEIR NECK , who does that???

I know its becoming a trend all year round but its flaming outside . Just by looking at them, its makes me hot

I know...I was watching Kathy Griffin last night and one of her assistants had one on when they were in Mexico setting up a school.....I don't get it!!!!

Thats insane! I was just outside getting some sun and I only lasted a little over an hour. Its crazy hot today!

CRAZY! I went out for some salad and RAN back to my office it was so hot.

omg, i know! I saw this last night on the train and I just wanted to strangle her with her scarf! I kept thinking I dont care how trendy it is, its 98 degrees outside!

I just ran outside for an iced coffee (midtown) and saw a girl wearing a tiny little sundress with suede fringed knee high boots

I almost passed out from heatstroke looking at her......
