do any of you know if you can start buying music on itunes before you get the ipod??? i'm getting one for xmas but i want to start making a playlist, is it possible???

you can have it before the ipod coz people also use it just for their mac computers. u don't have to have a product code or anything.

yes you get itunes on your computer (i have a mac so its standard) and then you download all you want and it stores it on there.

just DL iTunes onto your computer---and then you can add any music on your computer into your library--and then buy music from iTunes online--and then organize it all however you want. when u finally do get your iPod you can just sync it and it will copy all the music and play lists you added to your library on your computer
