nwr: jet lag

anyone have any good tricks for beating jet lag? the last 2 mornings i woke up at 3:30 and today it was 5:30 after staying out late. i was sure i'd be able to sleep today...

how much of a time difference did you have? Could you maybe force yourself to not sleep too early or take naps? I know that's hard, but maybe those few extra hours awake could help you sleep longer...

I force myself to stay up and then go to sleep the same time I normally would when I return home.

thats what i did when we got back from our HM. We had a 6 hour difference, but i was surprised that we werent that jet lagged when we came back...in europe though it was funny bc we never woke up in the morning lol, we kept saying everyday that tomorrow we will wake up early but it didnt happen...we were just so tired though bc the few weeks before our wedding were insanely hectic so guess we needed the sleep.

it's 5 hours later there. i went out last night and stayed up until 1 and i still woke up @ 5:30. it's later than the last 2 mornings, so i'm hoping it's just going back to normal slowly. i'm just starting to feel a little stupid from sleep deprivation.
