NWR: Jetblue vent!

So FI went to Florida for New Years and just got back last night. First the flight was delayed an hour so we didn't land until 11:45pm. THEN Jetblue lost our luggage!! Took a cab home without the luggage and didn't get home until 2am! im late to work today because i couldnt get up. and worse...FI called Jetblue this morning to find out the status (meanwhile they said they would call us before 6am and didnt) and theyre like...we'll send an email for someone to call u back! They are sooo paying for my honeymoon airfare! lol

but one good thing is that when they mess up...they will always reimburse you to make you happy! i hope it all works out!

Ive only had [& heard] great things of Jetblue! This is the first time ive ever hear that theyve fcked up! Im sorry it was you!!!!!

Im sorry you had such a bad experice with them... Im sute they will give you a credit.. They did with my FH when his flight was delayed

Sorry you had a bad experience-my family has used them over 100 times and not one problem-but every airline makes mistakes.

I'm sorry to hear that! I was delayed three hours with them once and we got $100 credit each to use within a year.

They found the luggage!! Unfortunately they said they were going to bring it by last night and didn't. Oh well...guess I need to wait until today. They only wanted to give us a $30 voucher...I think I'm going to have to work on that. :)

Wow I am sorry to hear that. I just booked Jet blue for our honeymoon flight because we got a great deal. I guess I will have to be careful with them however this could probably happen with any airline.

I wasn't only JetBlue messing up this week. My MOH came in from Dallas on American Tuesday night and almost left without her luggage also. She got all of them except one back. I think the baggage people were on vacation or something, it was sheer madness at the airport.

Sorry to crash, but on the bright side, at least they lost it on the way home. My sister went to visit a friend in california in december (on jetblue) but her luggage went to DC and she had no clothes all weekend and she cried the whole time, AND they only gave her $100 to get new clothes. Where the hell is she supposed to shop? A thrift store? Anyway, it could be a lot worse!! But she did get comp tickets for a future flight but she had to call and yell at 3 different people so it might be frustrating but you get those comp tickets you deserve.
