Where are you looking to work? I work at St. Barnabas hospital inthe Bronx....i wouldn't recommend it really...lol. The ER (where i am) is great, but if your anywhere else in the hospital, its a dump. BUT, the nurse's pretty much sit on their butt and do nothing all day, so that can be a plus

Yea i work there and LOVE the ER (I am an ER doc lol i should like where i work), but i would NEVER want a family member admitted to the general medical floors.
