I hate this term. What does it even mean?

Me: Hi Bob, how are you?
Bob: Oh, just ducky.
Me: Why? Are you quacking? Is water beading off your skin? I don't understand. Please explain.

LOL I remember in college when I was way, way upstate I asked some guy that (at a bar, being polite) and his response was 'as happy as a pig in shi t'...now that makes sense but seriously?!?!

Yeah, not so sure about the duck thing...

yup me too!!! it`s deff more of a sarcastic thing like what the heck to do u think i`m standing here as it starts to pour on me while i`m in a silk gown holding a cake, and you have the nerve to ask me how i`m doing!!
