well when i lived at home i was really bad with my sheets and reuse a towel after every shower
now that fh does the laundry i have to reuse my towel - so thats once a week
and i would like to change our sheets every 2 weeks but he usually makes me wait 3-4

Towels, 3-4, sometimes 5 days
Sheets about every 2 weeks, but I also shower before bed. If I haven't been showering before bed, I change the sheets more frequently.

I'm bad... I only started sleeping with sheets right after my grandfather died... (I HATED them before)... so now that I've gotten used to them I change them like once every 3-4 months and wash them like once a month I just hate doing laundry.
and dont get me started with pillow cases!
as per towels- I am SO picky with my towels- there are only TWO I like for my body and three I like for my hair... so I rotate, usually use one for a week then wash and use the other... but for whatever reason my FAVORITE towel has gone missing
geez, now I feel dirty... guess I'll go home and wash EVERYTHING!

Definitely not as often as the rest of you....I used to be better but I blame it on the laundry room in my apartment building...I go to do wash and no machines available so I bring them back upstairs and reuse!

We keep four rotating towels in the bathroom for 4 days and change the sheets every 3 weeks since we take a shower in the am and before we go to bed...I'm anal about the towels.

We use the towels about 2-3 times before putting in the hamper to wash.
Sheets- try to wash every 2 weeks..sometimes I forget though. so bad!

I'd say about every 3 weeks we change the bedsheets and we use a towel for about 4 showers or 2 or 3 days, depending on when FH decides to leave it on the floor for the dog to make a bed out of.

The cleaning lady comes every other week and changes the sheets. If it were left to me I would change once a month (ish). FH is a clean freak and would die if the sheets werent changed frequently.
I will probably use the same towel 3 or 4 times. But I also use FH's towel all the time which drives him bonkers. I dont think that is gross but i might be the only one...
