NWR: Keuring

I'm having problems with the Keuring, and I know a few of you girls have it so maybe you may have ran into a similiar problem and have a solution.

Since we've had it, I've always used the middle button for my coffee and it fills it up just fine.

The past few days, when I use the middle button, it fills the cup up only about 1/4 of the way. I dump it out, do it again. The second time, it will fill it up/

I've tried shaking it. I've tried waiting a little before I press the button. I've tried holding thebutton down. (All my father's suggestions...his coffee maker is like a 4th child to him ). Any other ideas?
