NWR: Kickboxing class recommendation?

Hi ladies,

I am looking for a really good kickboxing class on the South Shore, anywhere between Merrick to West Islip. I'd prefer a class that actually uses bags and gloves but I'm not picky; I'll take a standard cardio kickboxing class.

Can you make some recommendations and give me ideas on price, if possible?

I think the name of the place has changed, but I used to go there, the prices are reasonable and the classes are great!! (they use bags and gloves)

ETA: I think the price was under $100 per month for unlimited classes, but not 100 percent sure. Its cheaper to get a membership than pay by class.

Not sure if you'd be interested but I take Tae Kwon Do in Lynbrook (yes I drive from the Hamptons for it)...it's alot of kicking.. punching, and you learn how to defend yourself, plus it's a great workout..my Master is Korean and is just an incredible teacher...I've been going there since 2001.
