So we were coming home from Arizona last night and our flight had us going from Baltimore to Islip. We sat in the very first row and we were able to see into the flight attendanta gallery. This one girl is making the drinks for everybody and then FH says 'Wow, someone on this planes going to get a really strong drink.' I asked him what he meant and he said that she just poured the entire mini bottle of vodka into the cup and only added a splash of orange juice!
So we're sitting there watching her clean up and the drink is still sitting there and then all of a sudden she takes the drink and downs it!
<---This is the exact face I made! Now I understand that we only had like 15 more minutes left of our flight and Im sure it was her last flight because it was 10:30 at night but still! And then to top it off she took a swig of mouthwash a couple minutes later.

One of my friends is a flight attendant.......this is nothing compared to some of her stories - I think all that recirculated air up there makes people go crazy after awhile!

Oh Im sure! If it was earlier in the day adn there was a possibility that she had another flight we probably would have said something.

hmmm not really bothered by a flight attendant doing that.
The problem is and sorry to say this but pilots drink ALOT, i wont even get into stories...they even did a news special on this

ditto.. a coworker was an attendent, and he has stories... his corworkers and himself were heavy drinkers it got crazy on planes all day every day or so.. it gets bad..

I was waiting for the story to go 'and gave it to the pilot' too. Lol. I mean I hate flying so I am sure if I was a flight attendant I would need to have a drink too, lol. Maybe she had a difficult passenger. Imagine being a waitress except you are stuck with the same people for hours and there is no way out

Ohhh Jeeezzz!!! I was scared you were gonna say she took it into the cockpit!!! Ive heard flight attendants argue over cutting people off from drinks...(right in the aisle) back and forth about who's had too much...That's crazy!!!
