NWR- ladies in apt buildings- holiday tipping

Hi ladies

So FH's dad was a mailman and today he tells me that we HAVE to tip the mailman. I assumed that the landlord/super takes care of the mail and garbageman.
I tip the super...thats it.

What do you guys do? and how much would you give?
